Naadi Astrology, one of the most mystical and ancient branches of astrology, finds its sacred origins in the spiritual heart of Tamil Nadu, South India — the revered temple town of Vaitheeswaran Koil. Known as the divine hub of astrological wisdom, this town has been a beacon of spiritual guidance and the cradle of Naadi Shastra for millennia.
What makes Naadi Astrology truly extraordinary is its foundation — timeless palm leaf manuscripts, meticulously inscribed over 2,000 years ago by the enlightened Maharishis, including the legendary Saptarishis (Seven Great Sages). These sages, through divine vision and yogic intuition, recorded the destinies of countless souls — long before their birth — guided by cosmic energies and planetary alignments.

MYTHS. FACTS.
Straight from Shri R. Murugeshan, Master of Naadi Astrology.
What is Naadi Astrology, and where did it come from?
Naadi Astrology dates back over 2000 years. It was written by 18 ancient sages, including the Saptarishis, on palm leaves. The predictions are accurate—but only when read by someone trained in this sacred art.
Who are you, and how did you learn this?
We come from Vaitheeswaran Koil in Tamil Nadu, where Naadi reading has been passed down for generations. The original leaves are in poetic Tamil and are read using a special script.
Are the leaves meant for everyone?
Only those destined to find their leaf will come. Even the age at which a person will come is mentioned in the leaf itself. “Naadi” literally means “search”— people are drawn to it naturally.
Do you add your own predictions to what's written?
Never. We read exactly what’s on the leaf. Sometimes the truth surprises or even upsets clients, but we do not alter or soften it. Remedies mentioned in the leaves are also shared.
Do you extract info from clients secretly before the reading?
Absolutely not. The leaves often mention names, life events, or clues we use to identify the correct one. We only ask questions to find the matching leaf—nothing more.
What about the remedies you suggest — are they genuine?
Yes. Remedies are part of what’s written on the leaf, not something we invent. They include things like visiting temples or acts of charity. There’s no pressure to follow them.
